Shipping policy

All orders are personally packed and dispatched from our office in London. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.

UK delivery

• UK standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - Free
• UK Tracked 24 - £3.00, or free on orders over £100
• UK Special Delivery - £7.75, or free on orders over £150

Please note that once shipped, postal delays are beyond our control. The Royal Mail will investigate domestic packages as lost 10 working days after the estimated delivery date.

EU delivery

• £8 tracked, or free on orders over £150 
• Estimated transit time 5-10 working days

USA delivery

• £5 tracked, or free on orders over £150
• Estimated transit time 5-10 working days

Rest of the World delivery

• £9.50 tracked, or free on orders over £150
• Estimated transit time 5-10 working days

Customs

For orders sent to addresses outside of the UK, it is likely that there will customs and/or import duty charges that will apply. The thresholds and charges vary from country to country and any fees due are the responsibility of the buyer. 

You may be contacted in advance of delivery by the local delivery partner regarding customs clearance and/or payment, but please check the tracking for the latest status of your package.
