What is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is handmade in sterling silver. Some pieces are then plated in 18k yellow gold or rose gold.

Many of our pieces include precious and semi-precious gemstones.

How do I care for my jewellery?
  • Allow creams, perfumes and other cosmetics to dry before putting on your jewellery
  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping
  • Store your jewellery in a sealed bag or box in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
  • Gently polish when needed with a soft, lint-free cloth

Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

It depends where we are sending to and which delivery service you select.

All orders are personally packed and dispatched from our office in London. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your new jewellery but if you are not completely happy you are welcome to return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery (or 14 days for sale items).

Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please note that pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We often process your order quickly so this may not be possible, but please contact us straight away if you need to make any changes to your order.

Can I order as a gift?

We can send any items purchased as gifts direct to the recipient, please enter their full name and delivery address at checkout.

We do not include printed receipts or prices and all items are packaged in our gift boxes or purses.
