Delivery and Returns
All orders are personally packed and dispatched from our office in London. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
UK delivery
- UK standard delivery - Free
- We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, sent via Royal Mail 48, with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days.
- UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3
- UK Special Delivery - £7.75
- Express delivery free on orders over £100
Please note that once shipped, postal delays are beyond our control. The Royal Mail will investigate packages as lost 10 working days after the estimated delivery date.
EU delivery
- £8 tracked, or free on orders over £150
- Estimated transit time 5-10 working days
USA delivery
- £5 tracked, or free on orders over £150
- Estimated transit time 5-10 working days
Rest of the World delivery
- £9.50 tracked, or free on orders over £150
- Estimated transit time 5-10 working days
Customs
For orders sent to addresses outside of the UK, it is likely that there will customs and/or import duty charges that will apply. The thresholds and charges vary from country to country and any fees due are the responsibility of the buyer.
You may be contacted in advance of delivery by the local delivery partner regarding customs clearance and/or payment, but please check the tracking for the latest status of your package.
Online Returns
We really hope that you love your new jewellery. For items purchased on our website, if you are not completely happy you are welcome to return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery (or 14 days for sale items).
Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition and in the original packaging.
Please note that pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

The cost of return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty. We will not refund any delivery charges for unwanted items or exchanges.
It is your responsibility to ensure that items are returned to us safely, please securely repackage the return and ensure you include your name and order number. We strongly suggest that you send via a tracked service.
We will notify you by email of received goods and will process the exchange or refund accordingly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We aim to process refunds within 7 working day, but please note that your bank may take longer to credit your account.
Please note that if items are returned back to us without prior notification or you do not include your name/order number, we will be unable to process your return and will await your contact.
We reserve the right to deduct initial shipping costs or other incurred charges from the amount refunded.
Undelivered packages
Please actively check the tracking information when your order is in transit to ensure smooth delivery.
Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery, or contact the local postal service to arrange redelivery.
Undelivered or unclaimed packages will be returned to sender after a designated time period (dependant on delivery location and delivery partner).
If your order is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, or because the parcel could not be delivered or signed for, we will need to charge for redelivery. We will contact you when we receive the parcel back, but please note that parcels returned to sender can take 1-2 months to arrive back with us.
We reserve the right to deduct incurred costs from any refunds given for unclaimed or undelivered items returned to sender.
